- Delivery is by courier and is charged at a flat rate of £5.88 per order (UK only; all other countries are subject to an additional fee. Please contact us for details).
- Our courier will require a signature on delivery, otherwise goods will be returned to us and re-delivery arranged.
- Orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day subject to stock levels.
- Goods will be sent using a 48 hour service.
- You will be notified of the progress of your order by email.
- All prices listed on this site include VAT at the current rate.
- You have the right to return (at your own expense) any unwanted goods for refund within seven days starting from the day after receipt. All returned goods must be in re-saleable condition. Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returned wigs that have been worn or tried on.
